As a seasoned traveler through the vast expanse of Honkai: Star Rail, I can attest to the versatility and sheer power that Lingsha brings to the table. This enigmatic alchemist has managed to carve out a niche for herself in various team compositions, each one more intriguing than the last.
Following the conclusion of the primary tale in Penacony, the pioneers returned to Xianzhou Luofu for the Wardance festivities in Honkai: Star Rail. Shortly after touching down on Luofu, you encounter a host of fresh characters, and one among them is Lingsha who assumes the position of the new Cauldron Master of the Alchemy Commission.
Additionally, you perceive her as a future five-star character with a Fire fighting style and following the Abundance pathway. Even though Lingsha excels at maintaining team health, she has significant potential when strategically positioned within optimal teams.
Best Lingsha team
Lingsha | Healer/Sub-DPS |
---|---|
Firefly/Boothill | Main DPS |
Harmony Trailblazer | Damage Driver |
Ruan Mei | Support |
If you’ve familiarized yourself with Lingsha’s equipment set, it won’t be unexpected that she performs best when incorporated into a squad focused on Break abilities. Although teams featuring this focus have been emerging since Ruan Mei was introduced, they didn’t gain prominence in the game until characters such as Harmony Trailblazer, Boothill, and Firefly were released.
Among these three characters, it is Lingsha who is primarily responsible for the boost in value within our team due to several reasons. Firstly, Lingsha has the ability to enhance her Attack (ATK) and Outgoing Healing based on her Break Effect. Secondly, she can amplify the total Break Damage (DMG) that the entire party inflicts upon all active enemies with her Ultimate skill.
Besides her other strengths, Lingsha stands out particularly well for weakening the opponent’s durability as all of her abilities, including her skill, ultimate, and subsequent attacks, inflict area of effect damage.
This results in a scenario where you not only eliminate the opponent’s vulnerability during their initial assaults, but also inflict significant harm upon them, even when Lingsha strikes. Firefly is particularly effective as the primary DPS for this squad because she can instill Fire Weakness on the enemy and also deliver Area of Effect Toughness damage.
In a fully assembled team setup, Firefly often inflicts more than half a million damage in an attack, while Lingsha routinely deals over 100,000 with each strike too. If the opposition doesn’t conceal its vulnerabilities, this team is practically invincible and will lead you to victory in any endgame scenario.
Lingsha Follow-Up Team
Lingsha | Sustainer |
---|---|
Feixiao | Main DPS |
Topaz & Numby | Sub DPS/Buffer |
Robin | Sub-DPS/Support |
Not all players can assemble the suitable characters for Lingsha’s Break team, as an alternative team often ranks second. This team is particularly intuitive for Lingsha because she possesses a follow-up attack that can be triggered frequently with her Skill and Ultimate’s movement advance.
In Memory of Chaos, this team primarily excels when facing off against elite enemies without summoning capabilities, as it focuses mainly on inflicting single-target damage. Contrary to a Break-based team, its strength lies here. Feixiao is the primary damage dealer in this setup, with Topaz and Robin providing support.
During her ultimate ability, Robin deals a rather substantial amount of damage, which means she’s not just a support character but also capable of dealing damage, making her a semi-damage dealer too.
For this team, it’s best to equip the Broken Keel set on Lingsha for additional Critical Damage. Furthermore, Robin should maintain a constant presence, as many follow-up attacks can be triggered. Once these two conditions are met and you’ve built both Feixiao and Topaz, you’re ready to proceed.
Hyper Acheron Lingsha Team
Lingsha | Sustainer |
---|---|
Acheron | Main DPS |
Jiaoqiu | Support |
Pela | Support |
With Jiaoqiu’s release enhancing Acheron’s combat capabilities substantially, this team presents the optimal choice for Lingsha to yield considerable returns. This is primarily because her Ultimate introduces the Befog effect, which functions as a Debuff that benefits Acheron by providing an additional stack. Additionally, Lingsha’s high Toughness Damage capability can also serve to impose debuffs on this team.
With Jiaoqiu consistently applying debuffs and Lingsha, you essentially receive Acheron’s Ultimate almost every turn, occasionally even twice in a single turn under certain circumstances. This team doesn’t encounter Skill Point issues as both Pela’s and Jiaoqiu’s Basic Attacks can be used frequently.
Lingsha is versatile enough to serve as a healer in other teams, yet she brings added value beyond just healing to those squads.
