Evangelion: “All of Evangelion” 30th Anniversary Event Announced

I’ll be heading to Tokyo City View from November 14th this fall, and will stay until January 12th next year, to witness an upcoming exhibit honoring the EVA unit pilots. This event, shrouded in some mystery, is part of the Evangelion franchise’s celebration, also encompassing other tributes for characters like Shinji Ikari.

What’s intriguing about “All Of Evangelion” is that it will showcase initial materials crafted for the original anime series, focusing on significant aspects of its production. Although creator Hideaki Anno hasn’t been confirmed to appear yet, it wouldn’t be shocking if he decides to drop by.

Notably, the team behind Khara Studio includes the same individuals who worked on the original “Neon Genesis Evangelion” anime, including its main director Hideaki Anno. Many of the creators from “Evangelion”, including Anno, also contributed to “Gundam GQuuuuuuX”, resulting in certain resemblances between the two series. Interestingly, there will be a Gundam Rising event at Anime Expo in the U.S., focusing on “Gundam GQuuuuuuX” around the same time as Japan Expo.
