Honestly, Blade can fit into pretty much any team that needs a damage boost, but there are certain setups where he really shines and takes things to the next level.

Mortenax Blade is incredibly flexible in Honkai: Star Rail, excelling as both a damage dealer and a support character. He fits well with almost any character and team composition. Blade truly shines when paired with a DPS character who relies on their Ultimate ability to deal damage, particularly Nihility characters like Acheron. Below are some of the best teams you can build around Mortenax Blade in Honkai: Star Rail.

Plus, she’ll do a massive amount of damage thanks to the combined buffs and debuffs from Mortenax Blade’s team.

If you’re building a team around Acheron in Honkai: Star Rail, consider adding a Nihility character like Cipher. She’ll both track enemy damage and weaken them, boosting Acheron’s damage output. For keeping your team alive, Hyacine is usually the best choice for Mortenax Blade teams because she increases his HP. However, since this team focuses on maximizing Acheron’s damage, you could swap Hyacine for a character like Huohuo. Huohuo will boost Acheron’s attack and help Mortenax Blade use his powerful Ultimate ability more often.
