Taylor Sheridan’s ‘The Madison’ Sets Release Date on Paramount+ With First-Look Images

The world of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone is expanding with a new series called The Madison, coming to Paramount+ later this year. While details have been scarce, recent photos and an official announcement have revealed the exact release date for the show, which is just a couple of months away.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new series The Madison will debut on Paramount+ on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell, it’s being described as Taylor Sheridan’s most personal project yet, focusing on the complexities of family relationships. While it’s currently unknown how The Madison will connect to Yellowstone beyond sharing the same Montana location, some sources suggest characters from Yellowstone might appear in the new series.

Okay, so I’m really intrigued by this new series, The Madison. It’s a six-episode drama that jumps between the gorgeous scenery of Montana and the fast pace of New York City. They’re calling it a powerful love story, but it sounds like it’s also a really personal family drama about overcoming challenges and changing for the better. And the cast is stacked – you’ve got Beau Garrett from Firefly Lane, Elle Chapman who was in A Man Called Otto, Patrick J. Adams who I loved in Suits, plus Amiah Miller, Ben Schnetzer (I just finished 3 Body Problem!), Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova and even Matthew Fox from Lost! Seriously, this one’s going on my watch list.

‘The Madison’ Isn’t the Only ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff Premiering This Year

Good news for fans of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone! While The Madison is coming soon, it’s not the only new show this year. Luke Grimes will reprise his role as Kayce Dutton in Marshals (previously titled Y: Marshals), a new crime drama set in the Yellowstone world, which will premiere in mid-March.

Premiering on CBS on March 1, 2026, Marshals centers on the youngest Dutton son as he becomes a U.S. Marshal. He’ll use his experience as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to combat crime and corruption in the region, all while facing the emotional challenges of law enforcement and his family following the events of Yellowstone. The series will feature returning Yellowstone stars Gil Birmingham, Mo Brings Plenty, and Brecken Merrill, alongside new cast members Arielle Kebbel, Ash Santos, Tatanka Means, and Logan Marshall-Green.

The announcements of both Marshals and The Madison follow the news that Taylor Sheridan is leaving Paramount. He’s signed a new agreement with NBCUniversal that includes an eight-year deal for films starting this year, and a five-year deal for television and streaming beginning January 1, 2029. His current shows – including the Yellowstone spin-offs, Tulsa King, Lioness, Landman, and Mayor of Kingstown – will continue to air on Paramount, as stipulated in his contract.
