Red Lobster launches giveaway for 25 years of Endless Shrimp & Jiu-jitsu training

Red Lobster is offering one lucky customer the chance to enjoy unlimited shrimp even after their special promotion is over.

The seafood chain announced on June 10 that it is giving away an “Endless Endless Shrimp Card,” which grants one winner a free Endless Shrimp meal once per month for the next 25 years.

The giveaway arrives as Red Lobster’s latest Endless Shrimp promotion nears its conclusion. While the deal is set to end for most customers, the company says one fan could continue enjoying the meal for what it describes as a lifetime.

“Endless Shrimp is ending soon, but for one fan, it’ll last a ‘lifetime,’” Red Lobster said.

According to the company, the grand prize package includes an Endless Endless Shrimp Card, a reinforced steel card case, a biometric safe, and a year of Jiu-jitsu classes.

“Endless just got truly endless. But only for one lucky person,” they said.

Red Lobster’s ‘lifetime’ shrimp prize comes with a catch

While the promotion advertises Endless Shrimp for life, the official rules define “life” as one Endless Shrimp meal for one person, one time per month, for 25 consecutive years.

The winner will also have the option to decline the Endless Endless Shrimp package and instead choose a $15,000 cash prize. According to the company, the Endless Endless Shrimp prize package has an approximate retail value of $9,400.

The return of Endless Shrimp and this giveaway follow a turbulent period for Red Lobster, which filed for bankruptcy in 2024 after struggling with rising costs and operational challenges.

Offering the seafood special as a regular menu item initially caused problems. While it attracted a lot of customers, it reduced the restaurant’s profits.
