REVIEW: “Just the Two of Us” (2024)

In 2023, “Just the Two of Us” made its debut in France and had a limited showing in theaters here in the U.S. last year. However, now it’s easier than ever to watch as it’s been released digitally and on home video by Music Box Films. I’m thrilled to share that this film is directed by Valérie Donzelli, who has transitioned from acting to directing, and co-written the script with Audrey Diwan. They’ve skillfully adapted Éric Reinhardt’s 2014 novel “L’Amour et les Forêts”, infusing it with their unique touch that gives the film a contemporary relevance and a fresh edge.

The Secret of Weepstone speaks to me on a deep level as a longtime Dungeons & Dragon player

The Enigma of Weepstone Stone is an immersive first-person dungeon explorer where your team comprises various residents from the village of Weepstone. Your task is to guide them through various adventures to uncover the mystery hinted at in the title, which is yet to be fully revealed.

Currently under development and slated for release in 2026, the game has only introduced a handful of villagers for players to choose from. Some of these characters include a robust blacksmith and a cunning young thief. These characters generally embody typical roles found in RPGs. Once my party was assembled, I ventured into the dungeon.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day Set Photo Seemingly Confirms Ned’s Future After No Way Home

The information about “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is somewhat scarce, but photos and videos from outdoor shots have leaked online. A group photo shared on Twitter shows Jacob Batalon wearing an MIT shirt, suggesting that he (and possibly MJ) were indeed able to attend the university. It seems Doctor Strange’s spell to erase memories was successful in allowing Peter’s friend and girlfriend to enroll at MIT.

Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pass Is Adding Nintendo’s Biggest Flop, Virtual Boy

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super excited to share that Nintendo is working on an accessory inspired by the iconic Virtual Boy! Picture this: you slot your Switch or Switch 2 into it, position your face right up against the game screen – just like the good ol’ days with the original Virtual Boy.

Nintendo hasn’t disclosed a release date yet, but they’ve confirmed it’s coming in the future. And if that’s not enough to get you pumped, they’re also crafting a budget-friendly cardboard model for those who want to recreate the immersive experience at a lower price point.

The full plastic replica of the Virtual Boy will cost $100, while the cardboard version will set you back only $25. So gear up fellow gamers; it’s time to relive the classic Virtual Boy experience with a modern twist!
