Jon Bernthal first appeared as Frank Castle, also known as The Punisher, in Season 2 of the Daredevil series in 2016. He was portrayed as a relentless vigilante who violently targeted and dismantled criminal organizations in New York City. Driven by the tragic loss of his family, his actions were extreme and effective. The Punisher’s motivations, techniques, abilities, and backstory share strong parallels with John Wick, particularly as seen in The Punisher: One Last Kill.

Okay, so the Vegas version of Vanderpump Rules is finally happening! It’s called Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, and it basically follows Lisa and Ken as they get the Vanderpump Hotel up and running in Vegas – naturally, Ken’s got a dog in tow, and I’m guessing designer Nick Alain will be around too. The show culminates with the hotel’s big opening party, and get this – they invited everyone. Like, all the Bravo stars, plus a ton of media people – the whole Vulture team got invites, so you know there will be journalists, bloggers, TikTokers, and every Bravo meme-maker out there. It’s being called a ‘limited series’ for now, but honestly, if people tune in and Lisa’s new staff brings the drama, I’m betting on a season two just in time for BravoCon!

Viewers had a lot to choose from, with new releases including a major superhero movie, a sci-fi blockbuster, and an original horror film. As of today, Send Help is still very popular on Disney+, ranking as the second most-watched movie worldwide, according to FlixPatrol.

The final episodes of the season, collectively titled “And the World Was All Around Us,” can be divided into three parts: emotional farewells on Fraser’s Ridge, the battle at Kings Mountain, and the conclusion. While some parts work better than others, the lengthy goodbyes before the battle felt drawn out and unnecessarily long. The extended scene between Claire and Jamie, waking up and facing the possibility of never seeing each other again, was a standout moment – it often feels like the show could just focus on their intimate conversations and succeed. They discuss life continuing on the Ridge without them, and a recurring motif of bees clinging to each other offers a sweet, symbolic image. Jamie expresses a desire to watch over his family even in death, while reassuring Claire he won’t haunt her. He asks if she ever regretted her journey through the stones, and she firmly replies that she has no regrets – those flowers led her to everything she’s ever wanted. Jamie’s tender wish to sleep among flowers with Claire, mirroring the bees, almost made the entire bee storyline worthwhile.

The movie wasn’t very popular in theaters and faded into obscurity, but now it has a second chance to find an audience on streaming, much like the story it tells. Warner Bros. has announced that The Bride! will be available on HBO Max starting May 22nd. You can also watch it on the HBO channel on May 23rd at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
