A McDonald’s in Orlando, Florida, nicknamed “Epic McD” and known as the world’s largest, is getting a lot of attention again after a video of it went viral on Instagram.
The restaurant, located on International Drive, is a large, two-story building covering about 19,000 square feet and worth over $16 million. Unlike most McDonald’s, this location offers a wider variety of food, a fun arcade, and several themed areas inside.
This video showcases the impressive size of the building and its surprising amenities, which go far beyond typical fast food offerings. You’ll see things like custom pizza ovens, pasta options, Belgian waffles, a complete ice cream bar, and even souvenir machines that make pressed pennies and medallions.
Inside Orlando’s Epic McD experience
This Orlando restaurant offers full table service. Guests use numbered markers to indicate their location, and staff bring the food directly to them. The first floor features various food stations and dessert options, plus a fun Disney-themed photo booth for capturing memories.
Okay, so the second floor is basically all about fun and games. They’ve got a complete arcade – I’m talking crane games, basketball hoops, racing simulators, the whole nine yards, plus counters where you can trade in your tickets for prizes. And if you’ve got little ones, there’s this huge, awesome indoor playground that’s got multiple levels to explore. It’s a great spot to kill some time and have a blast!

The Instagram video also showcases the building’s futuristic features, like self-opening trash cans and special themed decorations.
Epic McD is famous for its unique menu, offering items you won’t find at typical McDonald’s restaurants in the US. Think build-your-own pizzas, Philly cheesesteaks, and a wider variety of desserts. Because of this, it’s a popular spot for tourists visiting Orlando’s theme parks.
