The leak suggests that players may encounter a different version of Zani than they have previously, as her alternate form is distinct from the one seen in update 2.0. The leaked information reveals that this new version of Zani will don a sleeveless shirt, a fresh red glove, and new belt accessories. Additionally, the model shows longer hair on Zani and wounds on her arms. As per WuWa Land, Zani’s second form is rumored to be story-driven, but there’s a possibility it could also tie into her playable abilities. Meanwhile, Wuthering Waves has verified Cantarella’s introduction in update 2.2, making her the sole new unit expected in the upcoming patch.
