As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent in the world of Honkai Impact 3rd, I can confidently say that conquering Hoolay during the Trailblaze Mission [Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue: Part 2] is no walk in the park. But fear not, for I’ve navigated these treacherous waters before and emerged victorious!
In the heart-pounding sequel, Trailblaze Mission: Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue (Part 2), I’ll square off against Hoolay. If you haven’t already, there are two exciting achievements up for grabs during this boss battle. However, if you didn’t snag them initially, you’ll need to wait until Hoolay shows up in the Memory of Chaos or another end-game scenario. Here are those two achievable feats and how to claim them:
How To Get 2 Hoolay Achievements
1) Lone Wolf’s Howl
During the Trailblaze Mission [Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue: Part 2], you can engage Hoolay twice. However, take note of the highlighted elements in the image above.
To ensure success, it’s crucial that Hoolay accumulates his full set of six Bloodlust stacks, which he can manage effortlessly. However, you must also be vigilant and avoid having a Wolftrooper standing next to him during this process.
Initially, your opponents are likely to assault you thrice: once by Wolftrooper and twice by Hoolay. This sequence will accumulate 3 stacks of Bloodlust for you. Continue with the usual attacks, however, hold off on using your Ultimate for the time being.
Following the second strike from the Wolftrooper and when Hoolay’s stack reaches 4, swiftly utilize all your Ultimates to VANQUISH THE WOLFTROOPER. This action will ensure that after Hoolay takes his turn, attacking you twice, his Bloodlust stacks will rise to 6. Consequently, he’ll enter the Moon Rage state. However, there won’t be a Wolftrooper nearby, granting you the achievement.
2) Veiled Moon, Ceased Sheen
In the span of Moon Rage, Hoolay was unable to release “Lupine Chase Calls Bloody Gleam”. Following this, when Hoolay enters his Moon Rage state, his Bloodlust transforms into Irate stacks. Each time he strikes your characters, these Irate stacks increase. However, you can lessen these stacks by striking back at Hoolay yourself.
When the Irate stacks accumulate up to 6 on him, it’s best to steer clear of Lupine Chase Calls Bloody Gleam, a situation you should aim to avoid for this achievement. Instead, keep attacking him persistently so he doesn’t amass 6 stacks of Irate. When his Irate stacks drop to zero, his Toughness will decrease, and the Irate stacks will be reset to a predetermined number. Repeat this process several times until he succumbs to Weakness Break and exits the Moon Rage state.
