As a long-time fan of Honkai: Star Rail, I eagerly anticipate the return of the Xianzhou Luofu with version 2.4. The introduction of new storylines and characters always brings a fresh excitement to the game, and this time is no exception. However, it’s not just the limited 5-star units Yunli (Destruction-Physical) and Jiaoqiu (Nihiliy-Fire) that have me intrigued; HoYoverse seems to be paying close attention to the requests of its fanbase by introducing new 4-star characters with impressive designs and viable kits.
In version 2.4 of Honkai: Star Rail, we’re heading back to Xianzhou Luofu. This update brings a fresh storyline and some new characters to the scene, including the limited 5-star units Yunli (destruction-physical) and Jiaoqiu (nihiliy-fire). But it seems HoYoverse has been paying close attention to fan feedback, as they’re also introducing a new 4-star character, March 7th’s Hunt-Imaginary form, which features an impressive design and a useful kit.
As a dedicated fan, I’ve noticed that the Astral Express team usually takes a step back in the spotlight during each story arc of Honkai: Star Rail. This makes sense because HoYoverse likely wants players to connect deeply with the new characters, increasing their likelihood of spending on limited banners. Yet, the Astral Express crew occasionally steals the show with exciting updates such as Dan Heng’s Imbibitor Lunae form, Harmony and Preservation Trailblazer, and now Swordmaster March 7th.
