Following the resolution of the Stellaron crisis, the Trailblazer is back to participate in the Xianzhou Wardance and protect the region from the menacing borisin, a race resembling werewolves. Additionally, Honkai: Star Rail has planned engaging missions and time-limited events for fans, allowing them to collect Stellar Jades and essential resources.
An intriguing activity is Operation Memoria Snapshot, in which Honkai: Star Rail enthusiasts are challenged to capture pictures of muscle-bound, sentient trash cans called Lordly Trashcans found throughout Xianzhou Luofu. In the game Honkai: Star Rail, one of the most beloved jokes revolves around the peculiar infatuation of the Trailblazer character with trash cans. This quirk is initially introduced during the Jarilo-VI adventure, where players can unlock an achievement by interacting with every trash can in Belobog City. Later on, as the Astral Express Crew arrives at Penacony, the Trailblazer begins to discover special Trashcans in the Dreamscape.
A Muscular Mystery Bin poses riddles when met by Adventurers in their journey. If answers are incorrect, combat ensues, causing considerable harm to characters. This unusual creature, often found in imaginary realms, typically emerges in Penacony’s Dreamscape to challenge valiant warriors. By defeating it, these warriors aid the Bin in cleaning up all waste in the world.
In Operation Memoria Snapshot, the explorer named Trailblazer encounters Randolph, a medical trainee with an interest in photography, who is investigating strange psychological occurrences around Xianzhou Luofu. He compares these phenomena to memories found within Penacony’s Dreamscape, and he believes it’s plausible that similar events could happen in Xianzhou. How Honkai: Star Rail Operation Memoria Snapshot Works
The temporary event called Operation Memoria Snapshot demands players to complete Randolph’s daily tasks consecutively for a period of six days. After it commences, players will dive into a horizontal mini-game, where their focus is required to click on the camera to seize bronze, silver, and gold Lordly Trashcans. Each category has its own points system, and players can receive better rewards if they achieve three stars in the daily photo contest.
- Bronze Trashcan: 100 points
- Silver Trashcan: 150 points
- Gold Trashcan: 200 points, extra 100 points for special poses
The mechanics of this event appear straightforward, but it becomes tricky as the Noble Trashcans often move about the area and sometimes fall from great heights.
