Hexanexus: Remake #1
As a devoted fan, I’m excitedly diving into the first of the Hexanexus remake puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail. This tutorial-like puzzle is strategically placed close to the entrance of The Shackling Prison F1, as illustrated in the provided image above.
The arrangement shares resemblance with the classic Hexanexus puzzle setup within the game, featuring a central array of cubes surrounded by hovering panels on either side. The objective is to align the cubes in the center according to the clues provided by these floating panels.
As someone who has spent countless hours solving puzzles and challenging my mind, I find the change in this game to be both intriguing and refreshing. Instead of rotating cubes as we have done before, we are now tasked with adding and stacking them according to the hints provided. This new approach brings a fresh perspective and requires a different set of skills to solve.
As a gamer, when I place a cube in the incorrect position, I’ll notice that the helpful tips displayed change color to red. To correct my mistake or start over with the puzzle, I can simply use the controls located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
To start off, arrange two cubes in the nearest corner as shown in the picture! Enjoy solving the puzzle!
Solving these puzzles will earn you Relics and grant you a Hex Key for every puzzle. I’ll explain the Hex Keys in detail later, but remember that you’ll require at least 6 of them to utilize them effectively.
Hexanexus: Remake #2
You can find this Hexanexus: Remake puzzle in the easternmost part of The Shackling Prison F1.
Arrange one cube on top of the farthest, middle, and nearest cubes to create a row spanning the cubes, similar to the arrangement depicted in the image above.
The finished puzzle should look like the image above!
Hexanexus: Remake #3
This puzzle is in the northwestern part of The Shackling Prison B1.
To begin resolving this, place one cube atop another on the most distant cube (as depicted in the picture for guidance).
Arrange your last two cubes atop the central one in the lower section, with them situated in front of the ones you previously placed (assuming the camera’s orientation hasn’t changed). And voila! The puzzle is now complete!
Hexanexus: Remake #4
For this Hexanexus: Remake puzzle, go to the southernmost part of The Shackling Prison B3.
Observe that the puzzle has a two-layered structure, and on the upper layer, you will find two individual cubes placed at each of the corners.
Stack one cube on top of both of those corners, using the image above as a reference.
Then place one more cube on the right side of the closest cube you just placed.
Right after you place that cube, click on it and place one final cube in the middle of the puzzle.
The final result should look like the image above.
Hexanexus: Remake #5
You can find this puzzle directly east of the previous one in The Shackling Prison B3.
First, add one cube to the furthermost side of the bottom layer of cubes.
Then, stack one more puzzle on top of the middle stack.
Lastly, add one cube to each side of the topmost cube in the stack.
It should look like the image above, solving the puzzle!
Hexanexus: Remake #6
Essentially, you should start solving the second set of Hexanexus: Remake puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail right away. You’ll find one in the upper part of The Shackling Prison B3.
Initially, swivel the camera to the left, giving you a view of the other end of the cubes. Next, tap on the cube nearest to you and position another cube next to it on the right side.
Next, click on the cube you just placed and place a second cube under it.
Finally, turn the camera around more and snap the solitary cube at the bottom layer. Add another cube to its left side, ensuring it’s situated beneath the other two cubes you’ve already positioned.
As always, use the image above as a reference for what the finished puzzle should look like.
1. Finishing this puzzle grants you access to your sixth Hex Pass. To interact with it, look for messages within the game and engage in dialogue with the Hex Club. This interaction will allow you to meet Seymour and hand over the pass. Additionally, completing this action will open up new puzzles for you to explore! If you need further instructions on utilizing your Hex Passes, our guide can help you out.
Hexanexus: Remake #7
In the second phase, you’ll encounter more puzzles, but only after submitting 6 Hex Passes to Seymour. Keep in mind that these later puzzles will reuse the locations of the initial 6, so make sure you’ve finished those first. As we mentioned earlier, one of these new puzzles is located in the northwestern part of The Shackling Prison B1, which is the same spot as puzzle number 3.
To start with this one, place a stack of three cubes smack dab in the middle of the puzzle area.
Then, click on the topmost cube you just placed and put another cube on the furthest side.
Lastly, click on the last cube you placed and then place a final cube on the right side.
As a seasoned puzzle enthusiast with years of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that the completed puzzle, depicted above, seems like a delightfully straightforward challenge to engage with during the second half of Hexaneus: Remake. For someone who has tackled countless puzzles in their life, this one appears to be just the right blend of simplicity and intrigue to keep me on my toes and help me immerse myself further into this captivating game world. I can’t wait to give it a try!
Hexanexus: Remake #8
As a gamer, I’d say, “I found the next puzzle right at the entrance of The Shackling Prison F1. It’s exactly where I solved puzzle number one earlier.”
First, stack two cubes on the leftmost end of the puzzle in the bottom layer.
After that, click on the highest cube at the top of the stack you’ve just arranged, then place another cube on the opposite end.
Essentially, you just have to make both ends of the puzzle connect to solve it.
Hexanexus: Remake #9
In the far east of The Shackling Prison, there’s a Hexanexus: Remake puzzle that we mentioned earlier in our guide. This is the location for the second puzzle you completed, if you’ve been following along.
To start, place a singular cube on top of the closest corner.
Then, click on the leftmost end of the bottom layer and place two cubes on the right side.
Lastly, click on the last cube you placed and stack two more cubes on top of it.
Hexanexus: Remake #10
Go to the southernmost part of The Shackling Prison B3 to find this puzzle in the same spot as #4.
To start, add one cube on top of both of the furthest cubes.
I’ll pan the camera to my right, giving you a peek at the reverse side of the puzzle. Next, I’ll be placing cubes on both the central and lower layers, working on that side of the puzzle.
Finally, complete the uppermost layer by placing an additional cube on top of the two you initially added during the puzzle setup. Use the picture provided for guidance.
This one was a tad trickier than the others, that’s for sure…
Hexanexus: Remake #11
Heading in the same direction, proceed east from location #10 in The Shackling Prison B3. You’ll find it’s the spot where you earlier solved the Hexanexus: Remake puzzle number 5.
Place one cube on the leftmost end of the puzzle, on the middle layer.
Then, click on that cube you just placed and add an extra cube to the furthest side.
Instead, place an additional cube on the right side of the current cube, ensuring it hovers right in the center of the puzzle’s space.
To finish off, let’s rotate the camera and take a photo of the second cube you positioned for this challenge. Now, place the last cube beneath it.
Yet another puzzle solved, and it was the 11th one so far! That means there’s only one left…
Hexanexus: Remake #12
Finally, here’s the last one among the 12 Hexanexus remake puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4. You can find it in the upper part of The Shackling Prison B3, a location we tackled puzzle number 6 earlier.
You start with a single cube placed for this one.
Click on that lone cube and give it some friends by stacking two cubes on top of it.
As a gamer, I’ll adjust the camera view slightly to the right, giving me a sideways peek at the puzzle. Next, I’ll add a single cube to both the rightmost and bottom sides of the central layer in the puzzle.
Next up, click on the single cube in the bottom layer and add two cubes to the right.
Rotate the camera to your left, positioning it so you’re looking directly at the puzzle in front of you. Then, add two small blocks on the right side of the solitary block in the uppermost layer.
After much perseverance, I’ve finally cracked every last one of the intricate Hexanexus: Remake puzzles hidden within The Shackling Prison in Honkai: Star Rail 2.4! Now, it’s time to make a beeline for Seymour and hand over all those precious Hex Passes I’ve collected along the way. Achievement unlocked! Bravo, congratulations on a job well done!
