Final Fantasy XIV is partnering with Jollibee for a special promotion! Players in the US and Canada can get an in-game item by purchasing Jollibee meals and merchandise later this month. It’s a limited-time crossover bringing the game into the real world.
Starting April 21, 2026, and lasting until May 31st (or while supplies last), players in North America will be able to get the “Eat Chicken” emote for the first time through an official promotion connected to purchases made in the real world.
To enter, customers need to purchase specific food or clothing items and then submit a photo of their receipt online to get a code they can use for a reward.
Final Fantasy XIV “Eat Chicken” emote tied to real-world purchases
Jollibee’s current promotion features two choices: a special themed meal box and a 6-piece chicken bucket. Both options come with a unique code to unlock an exclusive digital sticker (emote).
This meal features a chicken sandwich, a side of your choice, a Peach Mango Pie, a piece of Chickenjoy, and a blue raspberry drink with boba – all inspired by the game’s look and feel.
Besides earning it with food, players can get the emote by buying special, limited-edition clothing. This merchandise includes designs inspired by beloved Final Fantasy XIV characters, like Moogles and Chocobos, and features items like hoodies, T-shirts, and crewneck sweaters.
You’ll receive one unique code for each eligible purchase. After you submit proof of purchase, we’ll email you your code within 24–48 hours. You can then use this code in the game’s Mog Station.
Following similar partnerships between fast food chains and popular brands – like Popeyes’ collaboration with One Piece and McDonald’s Saudi Arabia’s team-up with Jujutsu Kaisen – this is the newest example of that trend in 2026.
