As a casual observer, I’ve noticed that the intricate tales spun from Neon Genesis Evangelion have been a source of fascination for many fans. They seem eager to unravel each layer, seeking the profound truth hidden within these captivating narratives.

In fact, Anno clarified that while the series appears intricately mysterious, it doesn’t hold any secret or profound meaning. Instead, it’s a straightforward narrative with multiple layers of complexity.
