Costco brings new dessert to food court menu with caramel churro sundae

Costco is adding a special treat to its food court for a limited time: a Caramel Churro Sundae, perfect for spring!

The retailer announced the new product on social media, explaining it’s their newest seasonal treat after the popular Double Chocolate Mint Sundae they released earlier this year.

For a limited time, you can enjoy the Caramel Churro Sundae at participating locations for just $2.99.

Costco’s new churro sundae replaces mint flavor

Costco now offers a new sundae with their famous soft serve, drizzled with caramel and topped with crispy churro pieces. You can enjoy it with a vanilla, chocolate, or swirl soft serve base.

This new item is coming just as the Double Chocolate Mint Sundae, which debuted in February with a chocolate mint flavor and chocolate syrup, is being discontinued.

Early reactions to the new dessert have been mixed across social media.

One person said they preferred the mint flavor, but this one is still good, although it’s quite sweet, especially towards the end.

Another added, “I just had it yesterday. Soooo good.”

Yutack Kang, a content creator, raved about the sundae in an Instagram review, praising its “brown sugar and cinnamon” flavors as being perfectly balanced.

Some fans expressed disappointment over the removal of the mint flavor.

One person preferred the mint flavor, and another thought it was fantastic, predicting it would become more popular with time.

Costco’s food court now offers a Caramel Churro Sundae, adding to their current dessert options like chocolate and strawberry sundaes and traditional soft serve ice cream.

Just days ago, Costco stores near Washington DC started selling a unique bourbon flavored like hot dogs.

The company is building a large network of gas stations separate from its retail stores, meaning they won’t be attached to a warehouse.
