Robert Carlyle, an Emmy nominee, plays the incredibly smart detective Sherlock. Megan Gallagher created and Sarah Snook stars in and executive produces All Her Fault, her first live-action TV series since Succession. It’s a gripping show that you’ll want to watch all at once. The story quickly picks up speed, presenting a complex mystery that begins with the disappearance of Milo, the young son of wealthy couple Marissa (Snook) and Peter Irvine (Jake Lacy). The initial event is confusing: when Marissa goes to collect Milo from a playdate, the woman at the door doesn’t recognize him. This woman isn’t the mother, Jenny, who arranged the playdate, nor is she her nanny. The phone number used to set up the playdate is now disconnected, and the real Jenny (Dakota Fanning) claims she never sent the text, saying she’s only met Marissa once. This raises the question: why would someone pretend to be Jenny and kidnap Milo?
The new trailer for Marvel’s Wonder Man focuses on an actor trying to win the role, but also implies that Simon Williams might already have superpowers. While many thought Williams would gain powers during the show, possibly through a special process during auditions with director Von Kovak, the trailer suggests he might have them from the start. When Williams says, “I was born to play this character,” it seems he means it literally – he could have superpowers when he goes to the audition. You can watch the trailer below.
The new film, Infinity Castle, is breaking records after its announcement. Within just five hours and with very little promotion, it pre-sold ¥20 million worth of tickets – that’s about $2.8 million in the U.S. According to reports on X (formerly Twitter), Demon Slayer’s pre-sales in China have already hit $3 million, and the movie is predicted to earn $200 million during its opening weekend. For comparison, Avengers: Endgame made over $100 million on its first day in China back in April 2019.
Let me tell you, the casting alone – two Oscar winners and one seriously overlooked pig – had me excited. But it’s the addition of Escola that takes this project from great to genuinely thrilling. They absolutely revived the image of Mary Todd Lincoln, and I have no doubt they can do the same for this 49-year-old pig. Watching Escola work, you can really see how Piggy’s energy – the strength, the wildness, the comedy, the sheer diva attitude – informed their portrayal of Mary Todd. In fact, they told Amy Poehler they’d love to see Piggy star in a movie about Mary Todd, surrounded by human actors. And get this – they admitted they were already talking to Disney about it! Clearly, they weren’t joking, and this movie is shaping up to be something special.

Jennifer Lawrence recently shared on the Las Culturistas podcast that she and Emma Stone are producing a new movie starring Miss Piggy. The script is being written by Cole Escola, known for Oh, Mary!. Lawrence hinted that both she and Stone are likely to appear in the film as well, saying, “We have to!”
Not only is this new project exciting on its own, but it also marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While Marvel Studios hasn’t revealed specific plans for Phases 7 and beyond, Kevin Feige and others have indicated they have a general idea of where things are headed. Though the main villain for this next era remains a mystery, a particular Marvel trilogy may offer clues about the challenges the Avengers will face in the coming years.
