On November 2, 2025, writer Kelly Thompson shared a first look at Zatanna’s costume for DC Comics’ Absolute Wonder Woman through a post on her Substack newsletter.

Although this week’s episode of The Voice only featured one hour of Knockout rounds, it was packed with strong performances. Three impressive duels aired on November 3rd, and viewers are already predicting the winner of Season 28, even though the competition is only halfway through.

I’m so hyped! I just saw these incredible photos on X – it’s Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, and he looks amazing! He’s decked out in full Punisher gear – black tactical outfit and that iconic white skull. There’s one shot of him with an axe under a spotlight, and another where he’s got a rifle slung over his shoulder. He’s also pictured crouching, looking super focused, and even raising a hammer while yelling – all in this really cool, dark studio setting. It’s getting me so excited for what’s to come!

When Justified first aired in 2010, it brought a seemingly outdated genre back to life. Set in contemporary Kentucky, the show reimagines the traditional cowboy as a complex man struggling with his own demons. Raylan Givens, with his iconic Stetson, is a tough, reserved lawman who always seems ready to fight. Actor Timothy Olyphant perfectly captures the essence of the Western hero, focusing on self-control, sharp humor, and internal struggles. In contrast, Jared Padalecki’s Walker takes a different approach. While Justified moves beyond the classic Western, Walker updates it with a focus on emotional depth. Cordell Walker isn’t the stoic hero of the past; he’s a man dealing with loss and trying to rebuild his life. The violence of the original Walker, Texas Ranger is replaced with self-reflection, therapy, and a focus on family. Together, Raylan and Cordell demonstrate how the TV Western has evolved from a gritty, tough genre to one that embraces vulnerability and emotional honesty.

Maggie is a talented lawyer, just like Mickey. In season four of The Lincoln Lawyer, we’ll finally see her skills in action in the courtroom, and at a crucial time – when Mickey really needs her help.

Despite working well together, the team’s romantic relationships are crumbling. Kizzi claims she’s unsure about making things work long-distance, but she ultimately breaks up with Tommy, who V often calls “Tommy boy.” The breakup happens during a painfully awkward video call that Tommy didn’t deserve to have broadcast. He’s genuinely shocked and confused, protesting, “We’re in a relationship, Kizzi!” when she admits she wants to kiss someone else.

Loki creator Michael Waldron suggested a discarded ending from Season 1 could show up in a future Marvel project. When a fan asked about the scrapped finale idea during a Reddit Q&A for his show Chad Powers, Waldron hinted it wasn’t entirely off the table, saying, “Maybe one day you’ll get to see it.” This comment has sparked renewed interest in the original ending that was ultimately replaced by the setup for Season 2.

Ben Affleck makes a brief but noticeable appearance in Richard Linklater’s film Dazed and Confused. Interestingly, much of the character’s colorful language was reportedly added by Affleck himself.

The 1980s were a golden age for sitcoms and memorable pop culture. These shows weren’t afraid to cover new and sometimes serious topics, offering viewers heartfelt stories and even cautionary tales – things they hadn’t commonly seen on television before.

Just because an 80s TV show isn’t widely remembered doesn’t mean it was poor quality. With so much television being made back then, some good shows simply got overlooked. Often, this happened because they didn’t connect with viewers at the time. But today, those forgotten shows might be worth checking out.
