Tessa Thompson’s Hedda Returns to the Charts 2 Weeks After Premiere

According to FlixPatrol, the movie Hedda is currently the third most popular film on Prime Video in the U.S. Critics seem to like it, giving it a 91% rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 117 reviews. However, viewers have a very different opinion, with a Popcorn Score of only 59%. Despite the big difference in opinion, Hedda continues to attract viewers on Amazon Prime Video two weeks after its release.

‘Stranger Things’ Director Reveals the “Selfish” Reason the Finale Is Getting a Theatrical Release

At a Netflix series red carpet event, featuring the entire cast for a final appearance, director Levy explained to The Hollywood Reporter why he feels it’s important to watch the last episode in theaters. He stated the episode’s grand scope requires a big screen experience, and that the Duffer brothers, the show’s creators, made the decision based on their childhood memories of seeing films in cinemas.

No One Does Delusional American Strivers Like Matthew Macfadyen

For me, the second time we really get Guiteau is in the third episode. It happens after we’ve seen him fail over and over, desperately believing he’s destined for something big. He honestly thinks he deserves a job in Garfield’s administration just for campaigning for him (without permission, and to pretty much no one!). The whole series shows him trying to get close to the president, which really annoys James Blaine. When he can’t get in any other way, he just joins the endless line of people hoping for a favor at the White House. Then, he finally gets a meeting with Garfield, and it’s amazing – he’s completely speechless. Usually, he’s all talk, but he’s suddenly overwhelmed just to be in the president’s presence. Tom Macfadyen plays it perfectly; you can see this man is on the verge of some kind of breakdown, his eyes are watery, and his voice is so vulnerable. He tells Garfield, ‘All I want, sir, is to be your friend. I feel in my core that I really know you, Mr. Garfield.’ But then he makes this plea that just breaks your heart, distilling everything he wants into something so pathetic and human. ‘Help me,’ he says, ‘to succeed like you did. Open the door… I’m begging you. Tell me. Tell me how I can be great too.’

REVIEW: “Die My Love” (2025)

Written by Ramsay, Enda Walsh, and Alice Birch, “Die My Love” is a harsh and unsettling story about motherhood and mental illness. While it touches on difficult topics like postpartum depression and loneliness, the film focuses more on relentlessly deconstructing the main character, both physically and emotionally, than on deeply exploring those themes. The filmmakers present a cold and unforgiving portrayal, not only of the characters but also for the audience.

Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour Reunite Amid Bullying Accusations

Millie Bobby Brown’s reported issues with the show’s producers resurfaced when the Daily Mail published a story on November 4th detailing a bullying complaint she allegedly filed against a producer before season five filming began. According to a source cited in the article, the complaint was extensive and prompted a months-long investigation. However, director Shawn Levy dismissed the reports as largely inaccurate and emphasized a respectful, family-like atmosphere on set. He stated that the crew and cast are treated with respect, which has always been a core principle of the show. Despite this, some have jokingly suggested that even within a family, problems can occur.
