As the story of Amphoreus comes to a close in *Honkai: Star Rail*, HoYoverse continues to release popular new characters. They’ve already announced Evernight and Permansor Terrae for the upcoming Version 3.6 update, adding them as new versions of characters players already know. Version 3.5 brought us two new characters from Amphoreus – Cerydra and Hysilens. Now, a recent leak suggests another of the remaining Chrysos Heirs will soon be playable.

In the upcoming version 3.6 of Honkai: Star Rail, the main storyline continues, and players with a Trailblaze Level of 3 or more will receive Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae as a free, playable 5-star character. Dan Heng advances significantly on his journey towards Permanence, gaining control over the powers of Permansor Terrae. During battles, Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae can select one teammate as a Bondmate, summon a Souldragon for them, and bestow all allies with stackable Shields. The Souldragon has the ability to remove one debuff from all allies and grant an extra Shield. Upon activation of his Ultimate, Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae inflicts damage on all enemies, fortifies Shields for all allies, and boosts Souldragon, enabling it to carry out follow-up attacks.

Continuing the trend of updates for Honkai: Star Rail, the upcoming Version 3.6 is set to launch on September 24th. This latest release will introduce two new playable characters into the game, along with a challenging new mission, plus additional content.

Starting today, you can pre-order The Honkai: Star Rail’s Evernight 8BitDo Ultimate 2 for $70. This special edition costs $10 more than the regular editions and an additional $5 compared to the Wuchang model. The controller is anticipated to hit the market this fall, with Amazon indicating its official release date as October 16.

Star Rail, titled “Back to Earth in Evernight,” is set to release on September 24 across all platforms. This update introduces Evernight and Dan Heng – Permansor Terrae as playable characters.
