As a seasoned crypto investor with a keen eye for market trends and a healthy dose of skepticism, I can’t help but chuckle at the antics surrounding memecoins like Jeo Boden (BODEN). The old adage “any publicity is good publicity” seems to hold true in this wild world of digital assets.

It seems that the age-old adage, “any form of publicity is beneficial publicity,” applies well to meme coins. Even minor forms of exposure.

A cryptic token named Jeo Boden, or BODEN for short, which is a humorous representation of U.S. President Joe Biden’s name due to a typographical error, experienced a significant increase of up to 25% on Wednesday. This surge was triggered when former president Donald Trump addressed a reporter’s inquiry regarding this token.

At an unscheduled presser in Palm Beach, Florida’s Mar-a-Lago, Trump expressed his disapproval upon being introduced to BODEN through a journalist, who mentioned its market cap of $240 million.

At its highest point, BODEN reached $0.42. Since then, its price has varied. Currently, it is being exchanged for $0.40. Despite this decrease, the value remains approximately 15% higher than when Trump made his comment.

At the Trump Cards NFT Gala, the influential figure in real estate, television, and politics welcomed a few hundred attendees who owned the digitally trademarked collectibles bearing his name as their special guest of honor.

Trump’s campaign for president isn’t taking cryptocurrency contributions at present, but according to his recent press conference, he plans to do so in the future.

When inquired about cryptocurrency donations, the likely GOP nominee reassured, “I will ensure that option is available for your contribution if it isn’t already.”
