AI LIMIT Releases New Update and Enables Steam Cloud Saves

Just now, CE-Asia and Sense Games have rolled out an update for the PC (Steam) version of their action RPG, AI LIMIT. This latest update includes significant bug fixes and clocks in at approximately 6.5 GB, making it a rather sizable update.

Additionally, AI LIMIT has incorporated Steam cloud saves, enabling gamers to continue playing from the same point across their PC or Steam Deck, as well as on other devices. Developers emphasize the importance of backing up manual saves to prevent potential issues with conflicting save data.

Patch notes for the new AI LIMIT update are listed below, via the game’s Steam events page:

AI LIMIT Update Patch Notes

If you experience any of the following issues, please exit Steam and update the 6.5GB patch:

    • Main menu text not displaying
    • Stuck in the Lore Boss fight
    • Deluxe Edition reward chest not appearing

If you’re still encountering problems like a black screen, unresponsive achievements, endless loading times, or absent Russian text after an update, here’s a possible solution for you:

1. Firstly, ensure that your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
2. Restart the application and your device to refresh both systems.
3. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the application. Uninstall it, then download and install again from your preferred app store.
4. Lastly, if you’re using a modified or rooted device, please ensure that such modifications are not conflicting with the application’s functionality. If they are, consider reverting to the stock settings or contacting the device manufacturer for assistance.

    • Right-click the game in your Steam library → Select “Properties” → Go to “Installed Files” → Click “Verify integrity of game files”
    • Open Steam settings → Go to the “Downloads” section → Disable “Enable Shader Pre-Caching” to improve performance

If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the game.

Furthermore, if you don’t see Russian on the “Choose Language” screen initially, choose a different language first and then navigate to the “Game Settings” to change it to Russian.

Steam Cloud Saves

We’re thrilled to announce that our Steam Cloud Save function is now live! Here are some important points to keep in mind regarding your save data to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Ensure that your game saves are being synced automatically by checking the ‘Enable Steam Cloud Saves’ option in the game settings.
2. If you encounter any issues with your save files, try restarting the game or contact our support team for assistance.
3. Please note that some games may have specific restrictions on Cloud Save functionality, so always check the individual game’s details before using this feature.
4. Keep in mind that while we strive to maintain the highest level of service, occasional downtime or technical issues may impact your save data – please be patient during these instances.
5. Lastly, enjoy playing your favorite games with the convenience and security provided by Steam Cloud Save!

Make sure to frequently save your game files manually on your own. Here’s the location of the folder for the specific game:

C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\LocalLow\SenseGames\AILIMIT

If you can’t locate the folder, follow these steps: In File Explorer, go to View from the top menu and enable Show Hidden Files. This should help you find the hidden folders where your game files are stored.

It’s best to let Steam finish syncing before you close it or end its process using Task Manager. Also, try to avoid forcibly closing the game or turning off your computer suddenly during this time.

Initial upload to the cloud might require a bit of wait, based on your internet connection’s pace. Hang tight!

In case your internet connection isn’t reliable or Steam needs more time to match your local game progress with its cloud backup, inconsistencies might arise between your offline and online saves. Should a synchronization problem arise, make sure to thoroughly examine the discrepancies and make an informed decision to avoid losing any data.

You don’t have to utilize this particular feature. To turn it off, simply right-click on the game within your Steam library, pick Properties, and uncheck the option for Cloud Saves in the settings instead.

AI LIMIT has been released and can be played on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. The game offers multiple languages including English, German, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Portugal), Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. For an enhanced experience, it features voice-overs in both Simplified Chinese and Japanese.
