TikTok personality HSTikkyTokky avoided jail time despite a serious incident: he wrecked his $300,000 McLaren, left the scene, failed to appear in court, and spent over a year as a fugitive before being apprehended abroad.
In March 2024, TikTok and Kick streamer Sullivan was involved in a high-speed crash with his McLaren 720S. He left the wrecked car and his injured friend, known as General G, at the scene. Videos of the aftermath quickly spread online, showing the heavily damaged car and General G lying injured nearby.
He missed a court date in the UK in November of that year, allegedly traveling to Qatar for a boxing match that was ultimately canceled. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he remained a wanted man until October 2025, when Surrey Police announced he’d been apprehended in Spain.
He was arrested because of a previous fight at a nightclub, where he reportedly hit someone with a glass bottle. The attack severely injured the victim, causing a tear in their neck that needed immediate surgery.
Police in Spain were able to find Sullivan because he had been publicly sharing videos online of himself driving around Marbella without a valid driver’s license.
HSTikkyTokky spared jail after year-long manhunt for crashing McLaren
Sullivan, having previously admitted his guilt, appeared in court on November 14th dressed in a grey prison uniform. He received a one-year suspended sentence, meaning he won’t go to jail if he stays out of trouble. He’s also been prohibited from driving for two years.

The influencer will wear an electronic tag for three months, perform 300 hours of unpaid community service, and participate in 30 days of rehabilitation programs.
Okay, so the judge basically said this TikToker knew they were breaking traffic laws – it wasn’t an accident! But, and this is weird, the judge didn’t want to give them a really tough punishment because they didn’t want to send a bad message to all the influencer’s fans. It’s like they were trying to be careful about what example they set for everyone watching.
Sullivan shared with the judge that his greatest joy comes from spreading positivity and helping those who are less fortunate.
Prosecutors are asking Sullivan to pay £18,049.47 – about $24,000 – to cover the cost of the private plane that brought him back to the United Kingdom. A court hearing to determine the costs will be held on January 15th.
It’s still unknown if he’ll be sent back to Spain to be tried for what happened at the nightclub.
