After a recent visit from CD Projekt Red to Hideo Kojima, fans are speculating that the famous game creator might be involved in their upcoming project.
Hideo Kojima, the creator of Metal Gear, recently shared a new photo with developers from CD Projekt Red. It’s a playful echo of a similar photo he took with the same team a year ago – both pictures are nearly identical, right down to the caption: “With everyone from CD Projekt Red.”
It looks like Kojima is either playfully misleading fans with older photos, or he recently hosted the Polish studio again. His previous post already generated a lot of excitement, especially after his discussion with Keanu Reeves.
Initially, people thought this meant the actor would be in Hideo Kojima’s new game. But when representatives from CD Projekt Red also visited, it seemed more likely to be connected to the world of Cyberpunk 2077. It turns out Kojima himself appeared in that game, providing a voice for a character. Now, fans are wondering if that same character might return in the next Cyberpunk game.
Kojima Productions is actively hiring people to work on their next two games. This isn’t related to the recent visit from CD Projekt Red, but you’re probably connecting the two now that we’ve mentioned it.
