Physical: Asia quests, results, winners & eliminations so far

Now that Physical: Asia Part 2 is available on Netflix, we’ve summarized all the games, scores, eliminations, and winners. This will help you understand how the competition is progressing and which country is looking like the strongest contender.

The Korean reality series Physical: 100, which premiered on Netflix in 2023, quickly became a hit. The show features 100 athletes of all ages, body types, and genders competing in incredibly difficult challenges for a large cash prize.

Following the success of Season 2, Physical: Asia is now here, and it’s just as intense as the first series. This time, teams of six athletes from eight different countries – Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Mongolia, Australia, and Turkey – are competing to be named the strongest nation and take home a prize of ₩1 billion Korean won (approximately $700,000).

I’m so excited about this show – it’s got some incredible athletes like boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao, at least for the first part, and the amazing Muay Thai fighter Superbon! Okay, now that you know who’s in it, let’s talk about what happened… but be warned, I’m about to share some spoilers!

Quest 1 – Territory Conquest results

The show starts unexpectedly with a team competition, rather than the usual individual challenge. It’s set on a large, desert-like landscape featuring round platforms at the highest point.

In this competition, eight teams will battle for control of different areas over three rounds. They’ll use pure strength to push, pull, and drag opponents off the sand. Each round lasts two minutes, and at the end, the team with the most members on a specific area wins control of that land.

The top four teams will move on to the next round, where the number of plots will be narrowed down to two. Then, the two remaining teams will compete in a final round for the last plot. If the final round ends in a tie, a one-minute rematch will determine the winner.

The team that wins the Quest gets a significant benefit: they get to choose who competes against whom in the next Quest.

Quest 1 winners

Team Turkey are crowned the winner Quest 1. Their team includes:

  • Anıl Berk Baki
  • Ogeday Girişken
  • Recep Kara
  • Yasemin Adar Yiğit
  • Ali Sofuoğlu
  • Nefise Karatay

Below, you’ll find the results of each individual round:

Round Winning teams
Round 1 (4 plots) Japan, Australia, Korea, Turkey
Round 2 (2 plots) Turkey, Japan
Round 3 (1 plot) Turkey

Eliminations

None — all teams advanced to Quest 2.

Quest 2 – Shipwreck Transportation Match results

Following a Dune-inspired first challenge, Quest 2 takes on the world of Pirates of the Caribbean. Teams will race against the clock – 20 minutes, to be exact – to move as much cargo as they can from a shipwreck to their base. They’ll use zip lines and carts to haul 50kg crates and 20kg sacks, requiring both stamina and teamwork.

This game involves teams competing to move the most cargo, and the team with the highest amount wins. Turkey won the first round, so they get to decide which teams will compete against each other.

The stakes are higher in Quest 2, as the losing teams are at risk of elimination.

Quest 2.5 – Death Match results

The four teams that didn’t advance from Quest 2 – Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia – will now compete in a sudden-death round where one loss means elimination.

This game involves teams trying to grab a ball from a pond filled with water and sand, then score a goal within three minutes. Each match consists of five rounds, switching between one player versus one player and two players versus two players. If no one scores within the time limit, the winner is decided by who was closest to the goal or through a tie-breaking rematch.

The four teams have been divided into two groups and will compete head-to-head. The team that successfully transported the most cargo during Quest 2 in Japan will decide which teams face each other. The teams that lose in both Group A and Group B will be out of the competition.

Quest 3 – Team Representative Match results

In Quest 3, the six remaining nations divided into two groups, A and B. Within each group, teams faced off in four separate challenges. Each team strategically chose members to participate in different events, ensuring everyone competed at least once.

Once the competition is over, the countries with the lowest scores in each group won’t get a chance to compete in the Death Match and will be immediately eliminated. The groups were determined randomly, and they are listed below:
