Logan Paul has spoken about the CryptoZoo lawsuit that was dropped, saying he found out about it while he was getting married in August.
TMZ reported on October 30th that a two-year lawsuit against Logan Paul and his CryptoZoo NFTs was dropped. Paul, who is now also a WWE wrestler, started the NFT project in 2021. It was designed like the Pokémon games, where players ‘catch’ digital animals using cryptocurrency.
Okay, so things got pretty messy with my CryptoZoo project. Some investors started calling it a scam, and a class action lawsuit was actually filed against me in 2023. I felt terrible, so I offered to refund people and put aside about $2 million to buy back the eggs they’d purchased. I really wanted to make things right.
Logan Paul announced in a recent video that the class action lawsuit related to his CryptoZoo project has been officially dismissed. He described it as a major development, noting the timing was remarkable – the ruling came just as his wife, Nina, was walking down the aisle, and the judge formally approved it this week. He emphasized the significance of the decision.

Logan shared moments from his wedding showing his team and wife celebrating the recent legal decision. He described it as a positive initial move towards correcting what he feels has been a false and damaging portrayal of him as a scammer.
He described the court’s decision as a major vindication. It confirmed what he’s been saying for years – that he hadn’t defrauded anyone and that the claims he was a scammer were completely false.
The court’s decision was a strong vindication for me. I didn’t profit at all from this project. My goal was to create an amazing game, and while it didn’t succeed, there’s a clear distinction between a failed business and a fraudulent one. Businesses fail frequently, and the suggestion that I intentionally scammed anyone is demonstrably false. I’m relieved the court has officially recognized that, and it’s now a matter of public record.

So, apparently the people suing me can try to sue again, but I think it’ll be really tough for them this time since the first case was dismissed. It’s going to be an uphill battle for them, honestly.
He explained he took the case to court because he believed it was the only way to reveal the truth. He stated his goal was to win, and emphasized that this was just the first step in a larger effort.
So, things are moving forward with my lawsuit against Coffeezilla. We officially have a trial date set for April. It all started back in June of last year when I first filed the case, and now we’re finally getting closer to a resolution.
