Dangen Entertainment and Friends of Safety have revealed that their 80s-style action RPG, Kingdom of Night, will be released on PC on December 2nd.

Developer Friends of Safety and publisher DANGEN Entertainment have revealed that Kingdom of Night, their retro 80s-style action-RPG, will be released on December 2, 2025. The game will be available on PC through Steam, GOG, Humble Store, and itch.io.
A new trailer has been released, giving fans their first look at exciting gameplay footage. It shows intense boss fights, vibrant city streets, and a disturbing look at the escalating chaos in Miami and Arizona. The trailer also features an original theme song created by Vince DiCola, the famous 1980s composer known for his work on Transformers: The Movie and Rocky IV.
In an alternate 1987, the story unfolds in the peaceful Arizona town of Miami. Kingdom of Night centers on John, a teen who discovers his neighbor has been abducted by a satanic cult. Their actions have accidentally unleashed the ancient demon Baphomet, transforming the town into a nightmarish landscape overrun by evil.
What starts as a risky attempt to save someone quickly turns into a huge fight for survival. John faces terrifying demons, townsfolk twisted into monsters, and even his old high school bullies, now incredibly dangerous. Throughout one terrifying night, he has to sneak into the strongholds of powerful demon leaders and find the courage to challenge Baphomet’s massive fortress, realizing that the lives of his friends – and possibly everyone – are at stake.
