Every New Movie and TV Show Coming to Prime Video in November 2025

As the leaves change and the holidays approach, Prime Video is really aiming to be your go-to for cozy season entertainment. I’ve been taking a look at their November lineup, and it’s seriously packed with great stuff! Whether you’re in the mood for a suspenseful thriller, a heartwarming holiday favorite, or something action-packed and funny, Prime Video is delivering. Here’s a rundown of everything new hitting the platform in November 2025.

‘King & Conqueror’

Streaming on November 1

The eight-part historical series, King & Conqueror, takes place in 11th-century England and tells the story of the events before the Norman Conquest. It focuses on Harold Godwinson and William of Normandy, who were once allies but became rivals after the death of King Edward left the throne open. The series dramatizes the growing tension between these two powerful men, the resulting invasion, and how it changed England forever.

Michael Robert Johnson, known for his work on films like Sherlock Holmes and the TV series The Frankenstein Chronicles, wrote and produced the series. The first episode was directed by Baltasar Kormákur (2 Guns, Everest), and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, famous for Game of Thrones, also directed the fifth episode, “The Beast in the Mirror.” While King & Conqueror takes some creative freedoms with its story, viewers have been impressed by the strong performances of the lead actors and the exciting action. King & Conqueror is currently available to stream on Prime Video.

‘Scrooged’

Streaming on November 1

Bill Murray gave a memorable performance in Scrooged, a funny and updated take on the Charles Dickens story A Christmas Carol. He plays Frank Cross, a selfish and unpleasant TV executive who lost the woman he loved, Claire Phillips (played by Karen Allen), because of his behavior. On Christmas Eve, three ghosts appear to Frank and give him a chance to change his ways and make amends for his past mistakes.

When Scrooged first came out, critics were divided – some found it overly sweet, while others thought it was too harsh. Despite this, the movie was a huge commercial success, earning over $100 million worldwide. Over the last thirty years, it’s become a beloved cult classic and a popular choice for holiday viewing, offering a fun alternative to more traditional Christmas films. Entertainment Weekly later described it as “crude and sentimental, resonant and ludicrous,” and “the perfect holiday movie for bitter, reluctant, closet Christmas lovers.” You can now watch Scrooged on Prime Video.

‘Bat-Fam’

Streaming on November 7

Following the animated film Merry Little Batman, the series Bat-Fam centers around Bruce Wayne/Batman, his son Damian Wayne, and Alfred. The show follows them as they host three new guests at Wayne Manor and juggle the ups and downs of being a superhero family. Expect plenty of comedic chaos as Bruce and his unusual relatives – including a reformed supervillain, Alfred’s niece, and even Man-Bat (who lives in the manor’s bell tower!) – try to navigate life together on the large estate.

Bruce Wayne balances the challenges of home life with his duty to protect Gotham City from villains like the Joker, Killer Croc, and the Riddler. He’s aided by his son, Damian, who also fights crime as Little Batman. Luke Wilson reprises his role as Batman in this series, alongside Yonas Kibreab as Little Batman and James Cromwell as Alfred. The series promises plenty of action, laughs, and touching family moments when it premieres on November 10th.

‘Playdate’

Streaming on November 12

Alan Ritchson, known for his popular role as Jack Reacher, is solidifying his status as a leading man for Prime Video with the new action comedy, Playdate. The movie follows Brian Jennings (Kevin James), an accountant who recently lost his job, and gets more than he bargained for when he agrees to a playdate with the friendly stay-at-home dad, Jeff Eamon (Ritchson). What starts as a simple playdate quickly turns chaotic when a group of dangerous mercenaries begins chasing them.

Luke Greenfield, the director of films like The Animal and Let’s Be Cops, brings us Playdate, starring Sarah Chalke, Alan Tudyk, and Isla Fisher. This action-comedy is packed with explosions, hilarious moments, and fast-paced chases. The story follows Brian as he uncovers a shocking secret about Jeff and finds himself in a dangerous fight for survival. If you enjoy Kaley Ritchson’s energetic performances and love seeing him combine comedy with action, Playdate is for you. You can start streaming it on November 12th.

‘Malice’

Streaming on November 14

David Duchovny stars in the suspenseful thriller Malice, about the wealthy Tanner family’s vacation to Greece. They hire a charismatic nanny, Adam Healey (Jack Whitehall), to join them, and he quickly charms the parents, Jamie (Duchovny) and Nat (Carice van Houten), and their children. Adam is offered a permanent position, but this turns out to be a huge error in judgment for Jamie, as Adam’s sinister motives are soon revealed.

I just finished watching Malice, and it’s a really gripping thriller. Over its six episodes, the show slowly reveals why Adam is so determined to get close to this family, and it quickly becomes clear that Jamie is right in the crosshairs of his plan. What’s particularly exciting is seeing Jack Whitehall deliver a truly different performance. He told TV Insider he was eager to stretch himself as an actor, and he absolutely does that here – it’s a side of him we haven’t seen before. You can binge all six episodes starting November 14th.
