The user points out that in “Wuthering Waves” Version 2.5, Phrolova seems to be dependent on Cantarella due to Echo synergy, causing Phrolova to function more as a support or sub-DPS character.

Members within the Wuthering Waves community, including Devo-S-Kare, express concerns about characters relying excessively on signature weapons. Some consider these weapons essential for new characters because they significantly boost a character’s stats and overall performance by around 20-30%. However, according to Devo-S-Kare, these weapons can confer an advantage of more than 40%, enticing players to acquire them for optimal character performance. Similarly, certain Echo sets appear to have a comparable effect, as there are superior sets with minimal room for experimentation without compromising the power and effectiveness of the Echoes.
