She praises its witty writing, strong cast, and visually appealing style, saying kids will adore the characters and bright colors, while adults will enjoy the movie’s clever references to classic horror films and a funny parody of a well-known trope.

Grow Will Feature More Than 1 Harry Potter Star

This family comedy is directed by John McPhail, who also directed *Dear David*. The screenplay is a collaboration between Nick Guthe, Christos N. Gage, Ruth Fletcher Gage, Mark Huckerby, and Nick Ostler. *Bridgerton*’s Golda Rosheuvel and Priya-Rose Brookwell star in the film. This project marks a first acting role for the young actor who will soon be known as the new Harry Potter, and features another performer from the upcoming *Harry Potter* reboot.

Well-known comedian and actor Nick Frost is joining the cast of *Grow*, and this will be his first project with the team before they begin work on a major reboot. He’s known for playing a kind, large character and a significant father figure to Harry in the series.
