In a recent special live stream on May 9th, it was announced that the latest update for Honkai: Star Rail, version 3.3, is set to launch on May 21st. This new content comes approximately two months following the release of version 3.2.

Among the significant upgrades in version 3.2, we saw the introduction of Castorice and Anaxa as five-star characters hailing from Amphoreus, thereby enriching the game with fresh faces. The reappearance banners showcased Fugue, Jiaoqiu, Dr. Ratio, and Acheron, who is a much-loved character in the game. To add to this, HoYoverse introduced new locations, a new Trailblazer mission, and included the Pollux boss, Deathwing Husk, Ferry of Souls. This time around, we’ve been given a sneak peek at what’s in store for the next major update in Honkai: Star Rail.

Star Rail, titled “The Fall at Dawn’s Rise,” is set to release on May 21st. This update will introduce Hyacine and Cipher as new playable characters. Their abilities have been unveiled, with their ultimate skills being particularly noteworthy: Hyacine boosts the maximum HP of allies, while Cipher inflicts true damage based on her Talent’s recorded damage. As previously leaked for Honkai: Star Rail, The Herta and Aglalea will return in the rerun banners, offering their skills “Into the Unreachable Veil” and “Time Woven Into Gold” once more.

– With the introduction of Hyacine and Cipher, players can acquire their corresponding light cones: “Rainbows Grace the Heavens” (for Hyacine) on May 20, and “Dances of Deception on the Wind” (for Cipher) on June 11.
– In the upcoming release of Honkai: Star Rail, two new relics will be added – Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder, as well as Wavestrider Captain. Additionally, maps Amphoreus Cloudedge Bastion Ruins – Eye of Twilight and Fortress of Dome – Eye of Twilight will also be included.
– During version 3.3, players can participate in five new events such as Planar Fissure, and earn double rewards when confronting Worlds within the Simulated Universe.

Despite several days remaining until the release of Honkai: Star Rail version 3.3, sneak peeks are already hinting at what’s to come for players in the near future. One such hint suggests that Honkai: Star Rail version 3.4 will enhance the character Blade and introduce the eagerly awaited figure of Amphoreus Phainon. Another leak indicates that a fresh Firefly skin will become available during this update.
