In the game Honkai: Star Rail, each character can have a maximum of six Eidolons. Any additional Eidolons beyond this number will not be beneficial, as players will only receive 100 Undying Starlights, equivalent to five extra pulls. As of version 3.2, obtaining an “E7” is no longer as challenging because it gets converted into a Silver Companion Spirit item, which can eventually be traded for a player’s preferred 5-star unit. The Silver Companion Spirit is one of the three new currencies introduced in Honkai: Star Rail version 3.2 to enhance players’ character and weapon acquisition experience.
As a seasoned gamer immersed in the world of HSR, let me share some essential insights about the Golden Companion Spirit, Silver Companion Spirit, and Light Cone Memory Shard.
The Golden Companion Spirit, a formidable ally, brings about enhanced abilities that can tip the scales in your favor during intense battles. The Silver Companion Spirit, on the other hand, offers a more subtle yet effective support system to aid you in your journey. Lastly, the Light Cone Memory Shard holds secrets from past encounters, granting valuable knowledge and insights for future challenges.
Each of these elements adds an exciting layer to the gameplay experience, making HSR even more engaging and rewarding!
Golden & Silver Companion Spirit In HSR – Honkai: Star Rail
In the game Honkai: Star Rail, there exist two types of Companion Spirits – the Gold and Silver versions. By combining two Silver Companion Spirits, you can transform them into a single Gold Companion Spirit. This means that players can continue to acquire this item even during non-event periods.
To acquire a Silver Companion Spirit, players need to evolve a 5-star character to its maximum Eidolon form. This transformation, known as an “E7” for a 5-star character, grants one Silver Companion Spirit to the player. By undergoing this process twice, Trailblazer can secure another 5-star character from the in-game store.
Those players who had achieved the rank “E7” with a character before version 3.2 update can still earn a Silver Companion Spirit for any previous pulls they made.
Beyond my two Silver Companion Spirits, I can also acquire a Golden Companion Spirit through events. For instance, in version 3.2, every Trailblazer is eligible to claim one Golden Companion Spirit for free. Furthermore, by spending a total of 18,000 Oneiric Shards, Spenders like me can obtain another Golden Companion Spirit from the Cherished Recollection event.
To swap out the Golden Companion Spirit in Honkai: Star Rail, navigate to the “Shop” and then select “Stellar Convergence” followed by “Character Redemption”. In version 3.2, you will find a list of redeemable characters there.
- Ruan Mei
- Luocha
- Himeko
- Clara
- Bronya
- Welt
- Gepard
- Yanqing
- Bailu
The character doesn’t have an expiration, allowing players to swap whenever they find convenient. Furthermore, extra characters might be introduced down the line, making it wise for players to save the Golden Companion Spirit.
Light Cone Memory Shard In HSR – Honkai: Star Rail
In the game Honkai: Star Rail, you can acquire Light Cone Memory Shards in two different ways: either through special events or via the Battle Pass. For instance, during version 3.2, players who spend money (spenders) can obtain four Light Cone Memory Shards by buying a total of 8,000 Oneiric Shards from the Cherished Recollection event.
Unfortunately, acquiring the Memory Shard from the Battle Pass requires spending money. However, for those who purchase the Battle Pass, they receive one Light Cone Memory Shard once they reach level 10. If players choose to upgrade their Battle Pass to the Nameless Medal version, they will receive an additional Light Cone Memory Shard.
As a devoted player of Honkai: Star Rail, I’d like to share a handy tip: if you’re looking to swap your Light Cone Memory Shard, navigate to ‘Store > Stellar Convergence > Light Cone Redemption’. Just like with Character Redemption, there’s no rush as you can leisurely decide on the item you’d like to trade whenever you’re ready. Enjoy exploring the game at your own pace!
