Two new Relics in Honkai Star Rail 3.3 leaked

Based on information from well-known source Dimbreath, it appears that we can anticipate two new Relic sets in the upcoming version 3.3. The first set is referred to as the “Warrior Goddess of Daythunder“, while the other is known as the “Captain Over Cursed Waves“.

Warrior Goddess of Daythunder

The complete 4-pc Warrior Goddess of Daythunder set bonuses are as follows:

  • 2-pc: Increases SPD by 6%.
  • 4-pc: When the wearer and their memosprite heal ally targets (aside from themselves), the wearer gains “Gentle Rain,” which can be triggered up to 1 time per turn, lasting for 2 turn(s). When the wearer has “Gentle Rain”, increases SPD by 6% and increases all allies’ CRIT DMG by 15%. This effect cannot be stacked.

The Divine Warrior-Goddess of Daythunder offers enhanced Speed (SPD) benefits to its user. Additionally, once the user and their memo-spirit acquire the Soothing Rain influence by healing their companions, the Artifact amplifies the Critical Damage (CRIT DMG) of all allies.

In the upcoming update version 3.3 of Honkai Star Rail, a fresh character named Hyacine will be introduced as a Remembrance character. Based on leaked information about her abilities, it appears that she excels at healing, leading us to speculate that the new Warrior Goddess of Daythunder set is designed with Hyacine in mind.

Captain Over Cursed Waves

The complete Captain Over Cursed Waves set bonuses are:

  • 2-pc: Increases CRIT DMG by 16%.
  • 4-pc: When the wearer is the target of another ally target’s ability, gains 1 stack of “Help.” Stacks up to 3 times. When using Ultimate, consumes all “Help” with each stack increasing the wearer’s ATK by 16%, lasting until the end of the turn.

The Captain’s gear appears quite promising. A two-piece bonus amplifies the wearer’s Critical Damage, while a four-piece set significantly increases Attack. However, there are conditions to activate the complete set effects. At present, this equipment isn’t optimal for any character, but it might be suitable for a future character.
