Brighter Shores is Region Locked. Not Available in Your Region Message Is Seen by Many Players

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say I was quite intrigued by Brighter Shores, the latest offering from the mastermind behind RuneScape, Andrew Gower. The hype was palpable, and thousands flocked to this new take on the MMORPG genre.

Brighter Shores, which is a creation of Andrew Gower – known for designing RuneScape – attracted many gamers intrigued by its innovative take on the MMORPG genre. However, it’s important to note that the launch wasn’t entirely smooth sailing; it encountered server problems and audio glitches initially. In addition, some players have complained about regional restrictions, which is an aspect that needs addressing.

Brighter Shores is Region Locked

As a gamer, I’ve run into an issue where I can’t play Brighter Shores because it’s not available in my region when launching the game. It appears that for some reason, the developers have restricted access to the game in several countries like Cyprus, Venezuela, Cambodia, Ukraine, and more. This decision seems a bit arbitrary to me.

As a dedicated fan, I haven’t come across any explanations or reasons regarding this matter on official platforms. Yet, it feels unusual and I can only assume that it’s something that should be addressed. Perhaps, given time, the issue will resolve itself as creators become aware of it. However, there might be valid reasons behind it that we’re not privy to at the moment. Here’s hoping that developers provide more insight or find a solution soon.

Keep in mind that this new game has recently debuted and is currently in its developmental phase, also known as early access. Therefore, it’s important to understand that we might encounter several technical glitches. Regrettably, it requires a bit of patience from players at the moment. Here’s hoping all the issues get resolved swiftly!
