Is there a Fugue release date?

No, HoYoverse has yet to reveal a Fugue release date.

On October 11, 2024, official drip marketing for Honkai Star Rail was hinted at on HoYoverse’s X account during the 2.6 livestream. Historically, HoYoverse previews upcoming banner characters before they are released in the following update. Therefore, it is likely that Fuge will be introduced in phase 2 of the Version 2.7 update.

It’s expected that the Fugue banner will make its appearance around December 25, 2024, as updates for Honkai Star Rail typically come out every six weeks.

Fugue element & path

In a similar vein to Dan Heng’s transformed self (Imbibitor Lunae), Fugue, who is highly regarded with a 5-star rating, utilizes attacks based on the Fire element and adheres to the Nihility Path. This is quite distinct from her usual Tingyun form.

In simpler terms, Tingyun belongs to the Harmony Path and employs her powers to boost her team’s capabilities, whereas Fugue leverages her skills to weaken opponents and enhance her allies’ Break Effect intensity.

Before her formal launch, details about two of Fugue’s skills have been disclosed, allowing players a sneak peek at her combat capabilities.
