Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen Details Will Be Absolutely Everywhere in August

Last week, Capcom thrilled Dragon’s Dogma fans by announcing Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, a major expansion to their 2024 action RPG.

Aside from a few small details spotted in the reveal trailer, we don’t know much yet. Fans have been eagerly waiting for downloadable content like this for over two years, so they’re incredibly excited for any new information.

Fortunately, Capcom has given us an idea of when to expect a Dark Arisen blowout.

I’m so excited – they’re going to have the expansion playable at Gamescom in August! It’s happening from the 26th to the 30th, and I can’t wait to try it out!

Expect a lot of early information from the media, and dedicated fans will likely dig up every possible detail from the demo.

I think we’ll likely hear an official announcement from the developer soon, possibly including a new trailer and details about what’s changed.

Besides the official broadcasts from Gamescom, we’ll also have detailed looks at games streamed on both YouTube and Twitch.

Just wanted to let you guys know there’s a big update coming for Dragon’s Dogma 2 at the end of August! From what I’ve heard, it’s going to tweak and improve a bunch of how the game actually plays, which honestly has me super hyped. It sounds like they’re really listening to feedback and making some solid changes.

Meanwhile, Dark Arisen is set to launch on the 9th October.
