Big Brother May Be Returning This Winter, And Might Include A Twist I’ve Wanted For A Long Time

Now that Season 27 of *Big Brother* has ended, there’s a possibility a former contestant could still win prize money. Just when it seemed like I’d have to rewatch the season on YouTube TV to cope with it being over, some past players have suggested a new spinoff show might be happening.

There’s a good chance we’ll be able to stream *Big Brother* online again soon, if some former players aren’t joking around. It looks like a new season during the winter months is planned, but it won’t be quite like anything we’ve seen before.

Big Brother Might Be Doing An All-Winners Winter Season

With all the excitement from the current season unfolding online, I spotted some fun reactions from past Big Brother champions. Xavier Prather, Josh Martinez, and Taylor Hale have all recently shared similar thoughts on their social media accounts, and you can check them out below.

  • (Win)ter is coming ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿฅถโ„๏ธ – @xaviereprather
  • ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ† – @JoshMartinez444
  • lol lemme go pick up some weights ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜… #whatsnext – @TheTayMack

What really caught my attention was a tweet from Xavier, especially considering a previous interview with the producers of *Big Brother*. When fans asked if *Celebrity Big Brother* would come back after a difficult season, producer Allison Grodner explained that CBS usually airs its shorter versions of the show to compete with the Winter Olympics for viewers. The Winter Olympics in 2026 are scheduled to begin in Italy on February 6th and run until February 22nd.

I think, though it’s just a guess, that three Houseguests are suggesting *Big Brother* might come back around the time of the Winter Olympics. They seem to be hinting at a new season featuring only past winners, which former players have discussed for a long time. I believe this because only winners were the ones making these hints.

Alumni Have Talked About This Idea For A Long Time

For a long time, fans have talked about a season of *Big Brother* bringing back its most popular winners to compete against each other. While Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore recently suggested the idea, it’s been a popular concept within the *Big Brother* community for years.

I’ve noticed many past houseguests, especially those who didn’t win, propose a “Legends” version of the show. This would bring back both winners and popular players. It would be a great way to include people who deserved to win but were unlucky at the end of their seasons.

CBS hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet, but it seems very likely that a new version of *Big Brother* will be coming out next year, probably before the end of summer. We’ll have to wait to find out what the new show will be about.

YouTube TV: $62.99 a Month for the First Five Months

As a huge TV fan, I’ve been checking out options for keeping up with shows like the new season of Big Brother, and honestly, YouTube TV seems like the way to go. If you’re thinking of cutting the cord from cable, it’s got everything โ€“ live news, sports, and all the big channels you’re used to. Plus, right now, they have a great deal: you can get five months for $62.99 a month, but the price will go up to $82.99 after that, so it’s a good time to jump in. Check it out if you want a solid streaming option!

The current season of *Big Brother* has finished, but there’s a chance we’ll hear about a new related show soon! I’m really hoping for one, as I’ve almost caught up on all the old seasons and the next one isn’t until next summer.
