Level-5 has revealed that new content is coming to Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road soon, including the New Kick-Off DLC and a fifth free update.
The latest update adds Seasonal Players for the Victory Road online tournament, a new Synergies system, and a Victory Road path in Chronicle Mode, among other improvements. It will be available on June 11th.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is out now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam). You can find my review of the PC and Steam Deck versions here, my thoughts on the Switch versions here, and Josh’s review of the story here.

Today, May 29th (JST), LEVEL5 revealed the official launch date for Inazuma Eleven: Cross during the Inazuma Eleven: Grand Strategy Showcase. They also provided updates on Victory Road and shared a lot of other exciting news about the Inazuma Eleven series.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road Fifth Free Major Update Revealed
We’re excited to announce the release of a new, free update called New Kick-Off DLC! It adds Seasonal Players for the Victory Road online tournament, a cool new feature called Synergies, and a new story mode chapter in Chronicle Mode following Destin Billows. Look for the update on June 11th (JST). We’ll share more information soon!
A New Feature: Synergies
We’re excited to introduce Synergies, a new feature that gives your whole team a boost when you meet certain requirements. You can purchase Synergies in the in-game shop. Offensive Synergies will increase your team’s attack power, and Defensive Synergies will improve their defense. These boosts are activated by combining characters who have strong relationships from previous Inazuma Eleven games, letting you create powerful teams and enjoy playing with your favorite characters.
New Trailer Released to Help Build Your Team
A new trailer is out now showing how to use Synergies and Build Ranks – features designed to help your team play even better! Destin Billows guides Harper Evans through the basics of team building, sharing helpful tips so you can create your own winning squads. This trailer is perfect for anyone new to competitive play or just starting Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.
