Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3 Officially Announced

Released in 2025 as a follow-up to the popular 2018 game Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 quickly became a critically acclaimed hit. Developed by Warhorse Studios, the game sold two million copies in just the first two weeks and was even named Game of the Year by PC Gamer.

Picking up right where the first game left off, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 continues Henry of Skalitz’s journey as he seeks justice during a power struggle between King Wenceslas IV and his half-brother, Sigismund of Hungary. Players will explore a huge, open-world environment across two large regions, enjoying a detailed RPG experience with realistic fighting, complex political intrigue, and a world that reacts to their choices.

If you enjoyed Kingdom Come: Deliverance and were hoping to continue Henry of Skalitz’s story, you’ll be pleased to hear some big news from Warhorse Studios. They announced this morning that they’re working on an open-world RPG set in Middle-earth, and also that a new Kingdom Come adventure – potentially Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3 – is officially in the works.

We don’t have much more information about these projects right now, but excitement is definitely building! Fans are sharing their enthusiasm online. One fan posted, “The next 5-7 years look incredible with The Elder Scrolls VI, Kingdom Come Deliverance 3, Warhorse’s Middle-earth game, and The Witcher 4 – things are really looking up!” Another simply stated, “Kingdom Come is fantastic. I believe in you guys.”
