Good news for fans! The newest, highly-rated movie in the series is finally coming to DVD and Blu-ray soon.
Crunchyroll announced five new Blu-ray and DVD releases coming in August, including the highly anticipated Dragon Ball DAIMA Blu-ray set. The Dragon Ball DAIMA Blu-ray will be available on August 11th in both regular and limited edition versions.

Dragon Ball DAIMA began airing in 2024 and tells the story of a new villain, Gomah, the Supreme King of the Demon Realm. He uses the Dragon Balls to turn Earth’s strongest heroes back into children. This sets off a wild adventure that feels like a return to the classic Dragon Ball series.
When it first launched, Dragon Ball DAIMA received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both critics and viewers. Currently, Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 95% audience score, based on over 250 verified reviews.
Fans were disappointed to learn back in February that the release had been delayed. It was originally scheduled for March, meaning the Dragon Ball DAIMA Blu-ray would have been released at the same time as Solo Leveling Season 2 and Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time.
Fans won’t have to wait much longer to own Dragon Ball DAIMA on Blu-ray, and it’s one of several series getting a Blu-ray release next month. Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: A lonely dragon wants to be loved and Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 4 will also be available on Blu-ray starting August 11th.
The first season of Clevatess will be available on Blu-ray starting August 18th. It’s likely to be popular, as excitement for the series is high following the premiere of Season 2 in July.
Crunchyroll’s last new Blu-ray release for August is One Piece Season 14 Voyage 10, hitting stores on August 18th. While release dates can sometimes change, fans currently expect these titles to arrive as scheduled.
Both the limited edition and standard Blu-ray sets of Dragon Ball DAIMA—The Complete Season will be available on August 11th.
