VTuber Filian has worried fans and fellow streamers by removing or making private most of their content on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, and Discord, after being absent from streaming for several months.
Filian is a hugely popular independent VTuber, famous for her lively VRChat streams, funny physical comedy, and Minecraft videos. She’s also built a dedicated fan base called the “Snackers” and recently gained even more recognition by hosting the 2024 VTuber Awards, making her a well-known figure in the VTubing world.
Fans noticed Filian hasn’t been online since her last stream on December 7, 2025. When she deleted everything from her online presence on May 1st, it caused confusion and worry, leading people to wonder if she was planning a fresh start, taking a break, or creating a promotional event disguised as a story.
Filian has completely removed all content from their online presence. Their YouTube and Twitch channels are empty, and all posts, profile pictures, and biographical information have been deleted from their Twitter, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram accounts.

Filian wipes channels after months away from streaming
On May 1st, VTuber Rima Evenstar shared screenshots showing that content creator Filian’s accounts on multiple platforms had been completely removed. She reported that Filian’s YouTube channel was deleted, all content disappeared from their Twitch channel, and their Twitter profile picture, header, and posts were also gone.
Screenshots reveal that popular YouTuber Filian, with 3.14 million subscribers, is currently showing a message that her channel has no content. On TikTok, where she has 1.1 million followers and 33.2 million likes on her videos, her profile picture and bio are now missing.
Although her Twitch channel still displays as live and has 1.3 million followers, it’s currently offline and seems to have lost most of its content. The only remaining description simply states: “filian streams Minecraft.”
A post from Rock Solid quickly went viral on social media, claiming that Filian stopped creating content without explanation. The post highlighted Filian’s rapid success – starting to stream in 2021, reaching 1 million subscribers within a year, hosting the VTuber Awards, and performing at the Nikke 2.5 Anniversary concert.
It’s probably going to be a whole new look for her channel, but honestly, seeing that clip of what seemed like her last stream from December 2025 just really bummed me out. It was sad to see everything potentially getting wiped clean.
It looks like the channel is being rebranded, but it’s upsetting to see all the old content disappear. Here’s a look back at the last videos posted on ‘The Filipino Boy’:

Others pointed to Filian’s past model rights issues as a possible reason for a major rebrand.
In 2024, Good Smile Company cancelled plans for a Filian Nendoroid figure after concerns arose regarding the ownership of the 3D model used. The figure was created based on the Rindo avatar from VRChat, and Studio Jingo stated they weren’t aware of the project.
Currently, Filian hasn’t shared why she deleted all her previous content. This silence has led fans to wonder if she’s leaving for good, or if the name change, ‘filianIsLost,’ signals a fresh start and a return to creating content.
