The latest update to ARC Raiders, called Riven Tides, has arrived! It adds lots of new things to do and find, including new quests, items, and places to search for loot – like the Panorama Azzurro beachfront hotel.
As a big fan of this game, I’ve found tons of ways to get awesome gear, whether I’m building things or battling other players. But honestly, nothing beats finding those hidden, locked rooms – they consistently give me the best stuff!
The Hotel Complex has a lot of locked rooms, and this guide will tell you where to find them all.
Where to Use All Riven Tides Hotel Keycards
You can use your hotel keycards anywhere within the hotel complex, which is on the west side of the Riven Tides map shown above.
You can reach most areas of the building through the main entrance. Once inside, you’ll immediately notice a zipline to your left, along with several staircases.
For locked room challenges, I suggest creating a specific gear setup. Include safepockets to protect your best loot, and bring dependable weapons to defend against anyone who tries to steal from you.
Okay, so listen up, if you’re heading out, seriously, don’t forget a hatch key – it’ll make getting out of there so much easier. And trust me, you’re gonna want a photoelectric cloak. Those ARC swarms are relentless, and that cloak is the only thing that kept me alive a few times. It’s a lifesaver, honestly.
Because this hotel has more locked rooms than anywhere we’ve encountered so far, expect a lot of fighting between players. That means it’s crucial to be able to enter and escape rooms swiftly.
Rooms 102 & 103
You’ll find rooms 102 and 103 in the hotel’s West wing, as shown by the arrow in the image.
You can reach the first floor by either taking the zipline or the stairs. Once you’re up there, walk to the end of the hallway – you’ll find both doors there.
Room 107
Room 107 is on the first floor of the hotel, in the main part of the building, and is indicated by the arrow in the image.
Room 113
If you’ve discovered Riven Tides Hotel Keycard No. 113, you can use it to open the correct room, which is located in the Eastern wing of the hotel and indicated by the arrow in the image.
Rooms 205 & 208
On the second floor of Hotel Panorama Azzurro, there are two rooms – numbers 205 and 208 – that are locked. You can find both of these rooms in the central part of the hotel, which is indicated by the arrow in the image.

You can reach the second floor by either taking the zipline or using the stairs. Once up there, check the numbers above each door until you find the one you need.
Room 311
Room 311 isn’t directly accessible from the main entrance. You’ll need to take the staircase on the east side of the hotel – it’s marked with an arrow in the image above.
Go through the door at the bottom of the uniquely designed tower you see. Inside, you’ll find the stairs. Take them up to the third floor, and you’ll find room 311 right in front of you.
Room 404
Room 404 is in the West wing, as shown in the picture. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk to the end of the hallway – you’ll find the room there.
