Buc-ee’s giant Reese’s-style cup has 600 calories and it’s the size of a hockey puck

Buc-ee’s massive OverBite chocolate bar is getting a lot of attention online, but not for the best reasons – many people say it looks like a hockey puck! It’s also surprisingly high in calories, containing between 560 and 600 calories per bar.

Buc-ee’s OverBite is a massive chocolate treat – a quarter-pounder topped with their beaver logo. It’s been gaining attention online because of its incredibly thick shell, generous filling, and its unusual size – people say it looks more like a piece of sports gear than a typical chocolate cup.

The dark chocolate peanut butter flavor has about 140-150 calories per quarter of the bar. A full 4-ounce bar contains approximately 560 to 600 calories.

A massive Reese’s Cup, about the size of a hockey puck, is now available at the gas station in Beaver, packing 520 calories and 56 grams of sugar. Perfect for a road trip – especially if you’re driving 145 miles to Stephenville, Texas! Just another sweet treat in America.

The low calorie count isn’t the only thing making this candy so popular online. It’s also sold cheaply in stores for about $3, but people are reselling it online for almost twice that price, or even more.

Both online marketplaces and candy stores reveal that Buc-ee’s offers several varieties of its OverBite treat. These include flavors like dark chocolate peanut butter, dark chocolate cookies and cream, milk chocolate caramel, and milk chocolate peanut butter. Each one contains a substantial number of calories – about the same as a full meal.

The size and weight of Buc-ee’s candy are surprisingly similar to a hockey puck. A standard hockey puck is 3 inches wide, 1 inch thick, and weighs about 5.5 to 6 ounces – just a bit larger and heavier than the 4-ounce candy.

One OverBite weighs about as much as three and a half regular Reese’s Cups. It’s essentially a large, decadent peanut butter cup sold as a fun Buc-ee’s treat.
