Daniel Radcliffe’s favorite Harry Potter movie is Deathly Hallows Part 2

Daniel Radcliffe recently appeared on the HappySadConfused podcast and played a game where he ranked all the Harry Potter movies. The podcast host presented him with pairs of movies, and he had to choose his favorite from each pair. Here’s a rundown of his choices:
When comparing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, I’d choose Chamber of Secrets – I’m a big fan of the Basilisk!
When asked whether ‘Prisoner of Azkaban’ or ‘Goblet of Fire’ was a better film, the speaker admitted it was a difficult choice. While acknowledging that most people prefer ‘Azkaban’, they personally enjoyed working on ‘Goblet of Fire’ more, and therefore chose it as their favorite.
Okay, so if I had to pick between Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince, I’m definitely going with Order of the Phoenix. Half-Blood Prince is probably the weakest one for me, honestly. I’m still figuring out how I’m ranking these, and I keep changing my mind, but yeah, Order of the Phoenix is way better.
Deathly Hallows Part 1 vs Deathly Hallows Part 2?
“Part 2. Part 2’s my favorite of all of them.”
Chamber of Secrets vs Goblet of Fire?
“Goblet of Fire.”
Order of the Phoenix vs Hallows Part 2?
“Hallows Part 2.”
When comparing Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, the speaker surprisingly favors the latter. They admit they didn’t expect Goblet of Fire to be only their second favorite movie in the series!
While here’s how the critics ranked the Harry Potter movies on Rotten Tomatoes:
- Deathly Hallows Part 2 – 96%
- Prisoner of Azkaban – 90%
- Goblet of Fire – 88%
- Half-Blood Prince – 83%
- Chamber of Secrets – 82%
- Sorcerer’s Stone – 80%
- Order of the Phoenix – 78%
- Deathly Hallows Part 1 – 76%
