According to the NBA 2K26 simulation, here are the results of Game 1 between the Toronto Raptors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. With the NBA Playoffs here, the top 16 teams are competing for the championship trophy. Last year, the Cavaliers reached the Conference Semifinals, and they still have a very strong team. The Raptors are returning to the playoffs after a two-year absence. However, only one of these teams will advance to the next round.
Who wins Raptors vs. Cavaliers Game 1 according to NBA 2K26?
Our NBA 2K26 simulation predicts the Cleveland Cavaliers will win the first game against the Toronto Raptors with a score of 112-98.
| TEAM | Quarter 1 | Quarter 2 | Quarter 3 | Quarter 4 | FINAL |
| TOR | 25 | 20 | 24 | 29 | 98 |
| CLE | 34 | 27 | 28 | 23 | 112 |
The game began competitively, but quickly slipped away in the second quarter, leaving them down by 16 points at halftime. Cleveland continued to dominate, eventually building a 28-point lead and maintaining control for the rest of the game. Toronto attempted a comeback late in the game, but couldn’t close the gap.
Donovan Mitchell led the team to victory and was named Player of the Game, scoring 35 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and dishing out 8 assists. James Harden contributed with 20 points and 7 assists, while Jarrett Allen had a strong performance with 16 points and 16 rebounds, helping Cleveland secure the win.
R.J. Barrett and Jakob Poeltl played well for the Hawks, with Poeltl adding 10 rebounds to his 21 points. However, outside of Barrett, Poeltl, and Brandon Ingram, the rest of the team struggled to score, with no one reaching double figures. Toronto’s offense wasn’t very effective overall.

The Cavaliers now lead the series for the first time, but they need to win three more games to move on. They’d prefer to win those games quickly to avoid injuries, which were a problem last season. For now, their focus needs to be on winning each game and building a comfortable lead.
The Raptors dropped the first game, but it’s not a cause for panic. With the series being a best-of-seven, they have several more chances to win. Ideally, they’ll want to win the next game to even the score before returning home.
That concludes our simulated Game 1 between the Raptors and Cavaliers in NBA 2K26. We hope you enjoyed it, and we’re excited to see how the actual game plays out tonight!
Our simulations let us refine our predictions by testing different CPU settings. We’re constantly striving to get better, but it’s impossible to know exactly what will happen. This past postseason was especially unpredictable and full of thrilling plays.
