The new Supergirl movie, from DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures, will be in theaters this summer. Craig Gillespie directed the film, and Milly Alcock returns as Kara Zor-El, having previously appeared in James Gunn’s Superman movie. Jason Momoa joins the cast as Lobo.

I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about the new Supergirl trailer, which is awesome! But there’s one thing people can’t seem to agree on: the colors. Some fans aren’t loving the brownish-yellow look they’re going for, while others, like me, actually think it’s a step up from the first glimpses we got of the movie. It’s definitely sparking a lot of discussion!

The upcoming movie is inspired by the comic book series Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow by Tom King and Bilquis Evely. The story centers on Supergirl grappling with a lack of purpose.
