NIS America released a launch trailer today for *Cladun X3*, a pixel-art action RPG, now available in Western regions on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The pixel-art RPG Cladun X3 came out in Japan earlier this year on consoles, and now it’s available in the West with the addition of a PC version on Steam. You can find the official English website here, and I’ve written a feature about the game’s PC port and how it plays on handheld devices here.

NIS America has released Cladun X3, the newest game in the Cladun pixel art action RPG series. It’s available now for $39.99 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam.
Cladun X3 introduces NIS Plaza, a special online hub where you can encounter characters from other NIS games! Visit the official website to see the complete character list and explore other online features. Plus, you can transfer your character data from Cladun X2 (on Steam) and Cladun Returns: This is Sengoku! (on PS Vita and Steam) to play with in Cladun X3.
Villains have been brought together in Arcanus Cella to compete in a deadly game, all with the strange goal of bringing about world peace. You are one of them.
To win this perilous game, you must grow stronger and explore treacherous dungeons. Overcome floors filled with powerful monsters, dodge lethal traps, and even team up with questionable characters to help you along the way. Are you ready to become the most powerful villain of all?
Cladun X3 is the newest game in the Cladun series of retro-style action RPGs. What makes it special is how much you can customize – from your character’s appearance and gear to even the music! You’ll explore the dungeons of Arcanus Cella, choosing from six weapon types and ten different character classes. You can also create and recruit custom characters to help you, and use a unique system called the Magic Circle System to combine their strengths into one powerful unit.
