Based on information from a reliable source HomDGCat, it’s been revealed that the upcoming enemy boss in Version 2.5, Borisin Warhead: Hoolay, will boast an initial Speed (SPD) of 190, making it the swiftest foe encountered in the game to date. As the battle unfolds, Hoolay’s abilities are expected to amplify its SPD further. During combat, Hoolay has the power to summon Borisin Wolftroopers, a common enemy type introduced in Honkai: Star Rail’s 2.4 update. For each Wolftrooper present on the battlefield, Hoolay gains an additional 5% SPD boost. Moreover, once all enemies have executed a total of six attacks, they enter the Moon Range state, causing Hoolay’s SPD to surge by a staggering 80%. In the Memory of Chaos stage 12, Hoolay can potentially reach a maximum SPD of 380.
