Taco Bell is adding more chicken options to its menu! They’re introducing a new quesadilla that will be available all the time, plus a limited-edition slider.
Beginning March 19th, the restaurant is introducing a new Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider. They’re also making the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla a regular, permanent addition to the menu at all locations.
Okay, so Taco Bell’s really leaning into chicken lately, and these new menu items are a continuation of that. They just dropped Crispy Chicken Nuggets and the Cantina Chicken stuff, and now they’re adding even more chicken options. As a gamer, I’m all about quick, easy fuel, and chicken fits the bill perfectly for those late-night sessions!
Taco Bell launches Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider and adds Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla to menu
The Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider is a new item from Taco Bell that combines their Crispy Chicken Nuggets with the popular Crunchwrap Slider design for the very first time.
These Crispy Chicken Nuggets are made with all white meat and have a flavorful coating of tortilla chips. They’re served with a delicious three-cheese blend and fresh pico de gallo. You can enjoy them with either Creamy Chipotle sauce or Jalapeño Honey Mustard.
This mini-burger is served in a warm flour tortilla after being grilled. It’s a limited-time offer, available for just $2.49.
You can also find the Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider in Taco Bell’s $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box. This box includes a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink.
Okay, so Taco Bell isn’t just bringing back a special item for a limited time – they’re actually adding the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla to the menu permanently! I remember hearing about them testing it back in November 2025, and it’s awesome that it’s becoming a regular thing now.
Our updated quesadilla now includes slow-roasted Cantina Chicken, a delicious three-cheese blend, and Creamy Chipotle sauce, all wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. You’ll get twice as much chicken as you did in the original Cantina Chicken Quesadilla!
The item is served with reduced-fat sour cream and Avocado Verde Salsa and will be priced at $6.69.
Taco Bell is constantly trying out new ways to serve its chicken, says Liz Matthews, the company’s head of food innovation.
The positive reaction to our Crispy Chicken Nuggets and Cantina Chicken proves our fans are excited about new ideas, so we’re continuing to experiment with different tastes and textures to refresh the menu items they already enjoy, said Matthews.
Taco Bell is adding new items to its menu as part of its ongoing effort to offer more chicken options. They recently showcased over 20 future menu items, planned for 2026, at a company event, including the Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza and Diablo Dusted Crispy Chicken Nuggets.
