Taylor Sheridan’s 4-part crime thriller is expanding its cast in an impressive way.
The hit Paramount+ series Tulsa King has added a familiar face from The Rookie to its cast as production on season four gets underway. Filming began in November 2025 with Sylvester Stallone reprising his role as Dwight Manfredi, a former mob boss now operating questionable businesses in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show, created by Sheridan, has quickly become a popular success for the streaming platform.
According to Deadline, Flula Borg, known for his role in The Rookie, will appear in multiple episodes of Tulsa King’s fourth season. He’ll play Bradley Van Heusen, a tech billionaire whose path will connect with Dwight and his operations. Details about the season’s plot are still under wraps, so it’s currently unknown how their stories will intersect.
Borg has appeared in many TV shows, and he’s particularly well-known for his recurring role as Skip Tracer Randy on The Rookie. He’s the second new actor announced for season 4; Gretchen Moll will also be joining the cast of Tulsa King, as a main character.
The third season of Tulsa King concluded with Dwight successfully overcoming Jeremiah Dunmire, a dangerous Mafia boss who threatened him and his family. The season wrapped up most of the show’s ongoing storylines, except for the FBI arresting Bill Bevilaqua. This sets the stage for a fresh direction in season four.
Terrance Winter, one of the show’s creators, will be back as the lead writer for Season 4, after not being involved in Season 3. While the details of Clark Duke’s role are still unknown, he’s worked on a variety of projects, including the film My Spy: The Eternal City starring Dave Bautista, and the animated comedy Digman!.
The new season of Tulsa King is launching as the show expands to a larger audience than ever before. Season 3 featured Russell Lee Washington Jr., portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson, and his character will be the focus of a new spinoff series called Frisco King. The show’s popularity suggests it will continue for a long time, even as creator Taylor Sheridan prepares to move away from Paramount.
Now that Borg has joined the cast of Tulsa King for season 4 as a tech billionaire, the show’s criminal activities might move into the tech world. It’s unclear exactly what challenges this would create, or if it will even happen. Still, Borg’s character, even in a recurring role, appears poised to bring a fresh direction to the show’s story.
